This is an inscribed stone. It originated from Tuol Ang Sras Theat in Kandal Province. It was discovered by researcher during an excavation in 1940 when it enters the collection of the National Museum of Cambodia. According to Khmer art experts this stela was inscribed in ancient Khmer in Sangskrit languages and dates to between year 651 and 652 CE pre-Angkorian period. The Stela was originally part of a doorframe of the temple.

The text speaks of a Brahmin from a central region of India. In the year 651 CE, the Brahmin erected a statue of Shivalinga or Shiva, the consort of Uma. The Khmer text speaks of offerings made to the divinity name Ketiresvarak. The offerings include male and female servants, Rice farmland, coconut and the areca tree, and several jewelry items. The servants and the rice farmland appeared to be property of a female figure named Kbaun Kamrortang, who in inscription expert believe was a wife of Shiva./.
