This is a sandstone lintel. Its origin is unclear, but it entered the collection of the National Museum around 1920. Khmer art experts have determined that it is in the Prey Khmeng style, of the 7th or 8th century, Pre-Angkorian period. This lintel was carved for a floral motif, unlike other Prey Khmeng style lintels, that have carving to convey mythological stories.

This design makes it a unique lintel, as normally, in the Prey Khmeng style, that is only one curve or bow. There are two arches in this lintel. In the center, at the connection point to arches, a large flower is depicted, which is similar to those on the extreme left and right. In the upper section of the two curves, there are five motifs of leaf on each side, and on the upper edge, lotus leaf motifs. Under the curves are hanging floral garlands.
